My practice is rooted in humanistic and psychological astrology as well as Human Design as taught by Ra Uru Hu. My goal is not to lock you into your birth charts as in a blind and relentless destiny. I am here to translate them in order to help you know yourself better, to understand the major trends in your life. This will help you to accept, integrate and transcend them more easily and get as close as possible to what you really are: a human being who is both unique and connected, distinctive and always changing.

Your birth charts (in both astrology and HD) are like a game of cards you are give at birth. You are free to play an infinite number of different games with it. The better you know your cards and their different combinations, the more freedom you have. Similarly, knowing what cards people around you have can help you understand your relationships, as well as the areas of attraction and conflict between you. 

We, human beings, are creatures of time and time is cyclical: the great astral cycles are the reflection (and not the cause...) of intimate cycles. Knowing and understanding transits means knowing which of your cards are activated and how. This helps you to take a step back and put a given period of time into a more global perspective, that of your evolution towards self-discovery, towards the most authentic and fulfilled version of who you are. 

I am also trained in Essential Psychotherapy, a therapy approach based on the buddhist mind training and on different schools of modern psychotherapy (psychosynthesis, focusing, jungian depth psychology, behavioral therapy...).   

Once we have a general overview of your personality and issues (through an in-depth anamnesis and/or an astro/human design session), we can look at your blockages in order for you to reach a lighter, more relaxed and more loving stage of being. We can work with the inner child, sub-personalities, parental image, body sensations, dreams, and, if needed, on traumas.  

My approach as a therapist is open to all and doesn't require a spiritual nor a religious practise from your side. But if you have one, we can include it in our work.
